Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Nora Salon Suites. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Tenant,” “You,” “User”) and Nora Salon Suites (“Management,” “We,” “Us”) governing your use of our salon suite facilities and website, and services. By leasing a suite or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions
  • “Suite” refers to the private salon space leased by the Tenant.
  • “Tenant” refers to the licensed beauty professional or business entity leasing the Suite.
  • “Client” refers to a customer or guest of the Tenant receiving beauty services.
  • “Common Areas” refers to hallways, restrooms, lounges, and other shared spaces within the facility.
3. Leasing & Rental Terms

Tenants agree to abide by the lease agreement signed prior to occupancy. Key terms include:

  • Rent Payment: Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A late fee of 2% may be applied to payments received after the 5th day.
  • Security Deposit: A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required upon lease signing. This deposit is refundable subject to the terms of the lease agreement.
  • Lease Duration: Lease terms are typically 12 months. Month-to-month options may be available upon request.
  • Utilities: Water, electric, and Wi-Fi are included in the rental price unless otherwise stated in the lease agreement.
4. Operating Hours & Access

Tenants have 24/7 access to their suites. Building management hours for Common Areas are  9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Access outside these hours may be restricted.

5. Use of Facilities & Conduct

To ensure a premium experience for all Tenants and Clients, we require adherence to the following rules:

  • Professionalism: Tenants must conduct business in a professional manner, maintaining cleanliness and order within their suite.
  • Noise Levels: Excessive noise that disturbs other tenants is prohibited. Music and conversation should be kept at a reasonable volume.
  • Guest Policy: Tenants are responsible for the conduct of their Clients. Unauthorized guests are not permitted.
  • Prohibited Activities: Illegal activities, smoking inside the suites (unless designated smoking areas exist), and the use of hazardous chemicals without proper ventilation are strictly prohibited.
  • Alterations: Structural modifications or painting of walls requires written approval from Management.
6. Insurance & Liability

Nora Salon Suites carries property insurance for the building. However, Tenants are required to maintain their own liability insurance covering their business operations, employees, and clients. Nora Salon Suites is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage to Tenant’s personal property or equipment.
  • Injury to Tenants, their employees, or Clients.
  • Business interruption or loss of revenue.
7. Maintenance & Repairs

Management is responsible for structural maintenance and repairs to plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. Tenants are responsible for the maintenance of their own equipment and minor repairs within the suite (e.g., replacing light bulbs). Any damage caused by misuse or negligence by the Tenant will be repaired at the Tenant’s expense.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the lease agreement with (210) 986-6011 days’ written notice. Upon termination:

  • The Tenant must vacate the premises and remove all personal belongings.
  • The suite must be returned in its original condition, reasonable wear and tear accepted.
  • Outstanding rents and fees must be settled.
9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Nora Salon Suites website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Nora Salon Suites and protected by copyright laws. Tenants grant Nora Salon Suites permission to use their business name and photos for promotional purposes related to the facility (e.g., directory listings, social media).

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
